… a physical condition thought to be caused by the weather.

When I lived in Hungary it was common, when I said I wasn’t very well, for people to ascribe this to the passing of a cold front, or high pressure or some other atmospheric phenomenon. I’m pleased that we don’t really play this game in Britain!
